Announcement for Joint Library of Humanti. & Social Sci. Track Project and Closing from 2024/10/31-11/22

Joint Library of Humanities and Social Sciences is scheduled to conduct new track project from 2024/10/28-12/10. The library will be closed from 2024/10/31-11/22 for "severe noise" period. The library services during this time are as follows：
１、Severe Noise Period： Closed from 10/31-11/22, 2024. If this construction is completed earlier than scheduled, the library will made another opening announcement.
　（１）Borrowing Books：
Readers within the institution can apply online. Please fill out the online form with the titles of the books you wish to request. The library will notify you when the books are ready for pickup (a temporary counter will be set up outside the entrance on the 2nd floor of the Humanities Building).
　（２）Returning Books：
Book return boxes are available at the Security Office on the 1st floor of the North Wing and outside the main entrance on the 2nd floor.
　（３）Renewals/Borrowing Period：
　　1.Books that have already been borrowed can be renewed by phone (2652-5284).
　　2.The borrowing period for books due during the closure will be extended until December 15.
　（４）Facilities and Spaces
Study cubicles, and multifunctional discussion rooms will be suspended.

２、Other Minor Noise or No Noise Period： The library will remain open and services will continue as normal. Readers may assess whether they can stay for extended periods.
